Inchallah, mon ami, I've been wandering lately around the narrow streets and wide avenues, craving for flavors of home. The thought of consuming something familiar in this foreign land is as comforting as a warm cup of tea. 🍵🏠

And speaking about home, one cannot dismiss the power of African cuisine. Here in China, it's starting to sprout seeds, yes, even in this land famous for a different kind of spice. How many amongst us have stumbled upon, or been pointed to, an African restaurant—either by sheer luck or by the guiding hand of a friend in need?

I’ve visited a few. Some carry the bold, hearty spirit of our dishes; others try but falter. But even in those attempts, there's a story—of someone's dearly missed home, transposed onto these foreign streets. 😊
