I've seen a lot of people with some sort of victim mindset, it's an unknown cover on their head that spans over almost all the activities of their lives without knowing, sometimes they seem to encounter a bit of it, most times flow with it. My question is, how does one know, he or she has such a mindset, seeing that it can be something hidden within us? #Health

One thing I learnt that shook me way too vigorously within is this... "If your life was a movie, and you were watching yourself now, would you be glad about what you're doing, and what would you be doing differently?"
