1. Respect Others

Do not:

• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Target people with hateful or discriminatory language.
• Intimidate, stalk, or abuse others.

2. Keep Content Legal

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their country, region, and place of residence.

Do not use Hafrik to:

• Promote illegal activities.
• Distribute illegal products or services.
• Facilitate criminal conduct.
• Share instructions for unlawful acts.
• Promote violence or criminal organizations.

3. No Scams or Fraud

Hafrik has zero tolerance for scams, fraud, and deceptive practices.

Prohibited activities include:

• Fake business listings.
• Fake job offers.
• Fake investment opportunities.
• Pyramid schemes.
• Identity theft.
• Impersonation.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Advance-fee scams.
• Misleading advertisements.

4. Authentic Identity

Users should represent themselves honestly.

Do not:

• Pretend to be another person.
• Create misleading profiles.
• Use fake business identities.
• Falsify verification information.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• Violence or graphic violence.
• Terrorism or extremist content.
• Hate speech.
• Human trafficking.
• Child exploitation.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Illegal drugs.
• Weapons trafficking.
• Fake documents.
• Identity fraud.
• Malicious misinformation intended to cause harm.
• Content encouraging unlawful gatherings or criminal activity.

6. Adult Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content is prohibited.

Users may not:

7. Business and Marketplace Conduct

Communities and event organizers must operate responsibly and lawfully.

10. Spam and Platform Abuse

Users should contribute meaningful content.

Do not:

• Post repetitive spam.
• Mass message users without consent.
• Manipulate engagement.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
• Use bots without authorization.

11. Privacy and Safety

Respect the privacy and safety of others.

Do not:

• Share another person's private information.
• Publish personal documents without permission.
• Doxx, stalk, or track users.
• Share confidential information belonging to others.

12. Intellectual Property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

Do not:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission.
• Use another person's work as your own.
• Infringe trademarks or branding rights.

13. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report content, accounts, businesses, jobs, events, or listings that violate these guidelines.

Hafrik may review reports and take appropriate action.

14. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Content removal.
• Warning notices.
• Temporary restrictions.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Removal of listings, jobs, businesses, events, or communities.
