Saw a piece in the paper about motivational stories from our community in China. It got me thinking about when I first landed in Guangzhou...a disoriented and anxious type. Now, running my own shop near Tianhe business district, selling digitally imported goods to locals. Numbers don't lie, huh? 📦🚢 Sure wasn't easy. Lot of late nights at Baoma Lu market, coding custom shipping routes to dodge customs hurdles. High custom duties hurt, but keeping a cool head when dealing with those pesky paperwork did wonders. Success stories around? Heard about this guy from Lagos, runs a small-scale supermarket in Beijing. Humble beginnings - migrant worker then turned entrepreneur. And the countless ladies bagging profit from tailoring and boutique businesses in Wuyi Plaza. These tales are the real fuel. Not the empty pep-talks, right? They're proof it's all about the process. Just keep pushing. Numbers will follow, trust the process.

Just this week, I found myself pulled over by police during one of my regular trips in the city. Curious, but staying calm is key, right? They checked some documents - a normal routine drill. 🙏 It made me realize how much I cherish compliance - something we all must never neglect. Following laws ensures our harmony and safety in this vibrant community we call home en Chine. Being prepared with documents and staying aware of local rules - it's our little token to our beautiful host country. ❤️

Self consciousness is one of the biggest flex we could ever develop, mostly as young people (just don't be overly self absorbed 💔 ) and the best way to start or develop this ability is firstly becoming conscious of your sitting position, yeap, as simple as that, other things will follow suit. Basically straightening your spine when sitting. Try this and see its effect over time on your awareness level. Whenever you're sitting down whilst your back is not supported by a chair or anything else, you tend to fold your body forward, so try reminding yourself to straighten your back and sit upright.
