    Matthew 20:29-34 NLT
    HEALING OF TWO BLIND MEN
[29] As Jesus and the disciples left the town of Jericho, a large crowd followed behind.
***Jesus always had a crowd following him up, rarely was He alone unless He had actually left early morning for his prayer sessions etc.
[30] Two blind men were sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
***2 man who the road was their spot, hence this Jesus whom they had never seen but properly heard of was worth shouting out to. It's interesting that they cried out for mercy - (a deep compassion which seeks to release one from their suffering).
[31] “Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
***remember the crowd is always with Jesus, nomatter which city He goes to, the crowd always shows up, so these are people who also perhaps are entertained by him and like the way He heals their sick and deliver their demon oppressed. Therefore the crowds level of compassion or sympathy is 0%,they even tell them to "shut up". However since the blind men knew their reality better, they refused to be offended and to be silenced by those who ain't in their shoes. Are you prepared to shout louder to the only one who will have mercy on? [32] When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?” [33] “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!” [34] Jesus felt sorry for them and touched their eyes. Instantly they could see! Then they followed him.
***they request for their sight to be restored. Jesus felt sorry for them & touched their eyes, the reaction that men lacked, is the one Jesus showcases. His healing for them was pushed by mercy, love, compassion. They followed Jesus and became part of the crowd, but hopefully the one that will be able to extend mercy to others.
    ***KEY NOTES***
    1. A closed mouth won't get you help, at times shout for mercy, the one who matters will hear and show up for you.
    2. Don't be the crowd, be full of love and compassion towards others, have sympathy for fellow men .
    3. Jesus moved out of compassion, so why don't you cry out to Him because that's His character, He won't ignore you like the crowd.
    4. Their eyesight was restored immediately, nothing is beyond Jesus, you just haven't met Him yet.
