    Quick tip for anyone new in China 🇨 Before you need them, set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your bank card, save your address in Chinese on your phone, and download a translation app that works offline. These three will save you on day one. What would you add to the list? 👇

    Eating healthy here took me time to figure out. First months I was eating street food every day, felt sluggish. Now I cook mostly at home, buy fresh vegetables from local markets, and meal prep on Sundays. It costs less and I run better. What's your biggest food struggle?
