For many, this level of discipline and structure might spell out ‘strict parenting’, but we see it as an opportunity. Our kids are growing up understanding the balance between hard work and play, a reality that will serve them well in their adulthood.

I know many parents might disagree with this ‘hot take’ 🔥, but it humbles me to see how such an environment has helped our kids grow into resilient, independent young people. After all, aren’t these qualities every parent hopes to cultivate in their children? 🤔
