A Chinglish sign that made me laugh today
I saw this sign at a train station last week:
“Please be careful falling into the platform.”

At first I was confused… then I realized what they meant was:
“Please be careful not to fall onto the tracks.”

Chinglish is honestly one of the most entertaining parts of learning Chinese. It’s wrong, but somehow also… logical in a weird way?

I’ve been collecting these for a while and even built a small app around this idea — not to make fun, but to help learners see the funny side of language mistakes.

Has anyone else run into a Chinglish sign that really threw you off? Share it here 👇
