Welcome to Hafrik. These terms govern how you use our platform. By using Hafrik, you agree to comply with the following rules and responsibilities. Our goal is to ensure a safe, supportive, and scam-free space for all users.
1. General Rules
All users must use Hafrik lawfully and respectfully. Any form of abuse, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity will lead to account suspension or a permanent ban.
2. Marketplace Terms
- All purchases must stay within the Hafrik platform. Taking transactions off-platform removes our ability to protect you.
- When a user buys something, the payment is held securely until they confirm that the product was received in good condition.
- Only after confirmation will the seller receive the payment.
- Disputes are reviewed by Hafrik support, and violations may lead to account action.
3. Business Listings
- All businesses must go through a strict verification process before being listed on Hafrik.
- Businesses must submit valid and provable documents showing legitimacy and ownership of services or products.
- Only verified businesses can appear in our public directory or get promoted through the app.
4. Communities
- Anyone can join a community group, but only verified users can create one.
- All interactions inside communities must be respectful and follow our community standards.
- Illegal activity, abuse, or promotion of hate will lead to removal and account ban.
5. Jobs Board
- Only verified job agencies or employers can post job opportunities on Hafrik.
- To apply for jobs, users must have a valid work visa. Hafrik does not support or promote illegal employment.
- Employers and job seekers must ensure that all engagements are lawful and within China’s visa regulations.
6. Guides & Tips
- All users can freely read, comment, and contribute to blog posts and guides.
- Comments must be respectful and informative. Spam or offensive remarks will be removed.
7. Events & Activities
- Event organizers must ensure their listings are accurate and legal.
- Hafrik does not take responsibility for third-party events, but may ban organizers who mislead users or cause harm.
8. AI Assistant & Features
- The AI assistant offers support and guidance but does not replace legal, medical, or professional advice.
- Do not use AI to spread fake news, scams, or offensive content. Activity is monitored to protect the platform.
9. Pro Accounts & Verification
- Some features such as business listings, job posting, and community creation require a Pro Account or identity verification.
- Hafrik reserves the right to deny or revoke verification if the provided documents are fake or unverifiable.
10. Platform Security & Abuse
- We are committed to protecting all users. Scams, impersonation, or any abuse will result in permanent bans.
- We work actively to investigate and block any account that threatens the safety or trust of our community.
11. Termination
Hafrik reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user or business that violates our terms of use, abuses platform tools, or attempts to manipulate users or data.
12. Changes
These terms may change from time to time. Any major changes will be shared with users. By continuing to use Hafrik, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
