1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Hafrik, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of China. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use Hafrik. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Real-name Registration

Hafrik complies with China’s real-name registration policy. All users are required to register with their real name and verified identification, such as a Chinese ID card or passport. We may request further verification to ensure compliance.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree to use Hafrik responsibly and adhere to all Chinese laws. You may not:

       
    • Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or politically sensitive.

 

    • Promote content that harms national security, unity, or social stability.
       
    • Engage in fraudulent, malicious, or misleading activity.
       
    • Use Hafrik to incite violence, hate speech, or discrimination against any group or individual.
       
    • Post or share content related to pornography, gambling, drugs, or other prohibited substances.
       
    • Upload any material containing viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Users are responsible for the content they post.

5. Wallet System and HafrikMall

Hafrik includes a Wallet system that allows users to manually fund their account outside the app (e.g., via bank transfer) to purchase physical goods and services through HafrikMall. Hafrik is not a financial institution, and wallet balances are non-refundable once used. We are not liable for transaction disputes between buyers and sellers, but we may assist in dispute resolution. No digital content or services are unlocked via the wallet system.

6. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

       
    • Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting feature.
       
    • Users can block others to prevent unwanted interactions.
       
    • All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours by our moderation team.
       
    • Automated keyword filtering is being used to help prevent inappropriate content uploads.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Hafrik is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected within China will be stored on servers located within China, in compliance with China’s Cybersecurity Law and Data Protection Regulations. We will take all reasonable measures to secure your data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Content Monitoring and Removal

In compliance with Chinese law, Hafrik reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates local laws or these Terms. This includes both proactive moderation and action based on user reports.

9. User Responsibility for Content

As a user, you are responsible for the content you post on Hafrik. By posting content, you grant Hafrik the right to use, distribute, and display that content for purposes related to the operation of the platform. You represent that your content does not violate the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on Hafrik, including trademarks, logos, and content created by Hafrik, is protected by Chinese intellectual property laws. You may not use any of Hafrik’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Hafrik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate the Terms of Service, engage in unlawful behavior, or pose a threat to the platform’s operations or other users.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hafrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost funds, data loss, or third-party content or actions.

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

Hafrik may update these terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of Hafrik will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts.

 

 

Hafrik Community Guidelines

1. Respect Local Laws

Hafrik is a platform for foreigners living in and visiting China. All users must respect and adhere to Chinese laws and regulations while using the platform.

2. Prohibited Content

       
    • Political content that threatens national unity or government stability
       
    • Violent, hateful, or discriminatory speech
       
    • Explicit or pornographic content
       
    • Illegal activities (drugs, gambling, weapons)
       
    • Misinformation or harmful conspiracy theories

3. User Behavior

       
    • No harassment, bullying, or abuse
       
    • No spam or unwanted ads
       
    • No impersonation of others
       
    • No hacking or disruption attempts

4. Reporting Violations

Use the in-app report feature to flag violations. We review all reports seriously and take timely action (within 24 hours).

5. Real-name Registration Compliance

All users must register with their real names and valid ID. Additional verification may be required.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored securely in China and handled in accordance with local laws. Do not share personal data unnecessarily with others.

7. Respect for Other Cultures

Hafrik is a diverse and multicultural platform. Please respect other users' backgrounds and avoid offensive or insensitive comments.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban. Legal action may be taken if required.

9. Appeal Process

If your account is suspended or terminated, you can appeal by contacting our support team. All appeals will be reviewed fairly, but final decisions rest with Hafrik’s moderation team.
